ORDERING INFORMATION:

If you are interested in any of the items in the Catalog Page, provide the following information on an e-mail using the direct link provided on each page. 

1. Name, address and phone number - both daytime and evening.
2. Description of item(s).
3. Preference for delivery and payment options (see below).

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

• Payment is accepted by PayPal as well as personal checks.  For all personal checks, shipment will not be scheduled until the check clears the financial institution, generally ten days. The payment method and process will be discussed and finalized during the phone conversation after you have contacted us with the above information.
• Sales tax of 6% will apply to all items bought and delivered within the State of Georgia.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

• Local pick-up can be arranged. Products are located in Norcross (suburb of Atlanta) Georgia.
• Products may be delivered throughout the greater Atlanta metropolitan area. Delivery prices are based on destination and number of products shipped.
• All item descriptions include station-to-station shipping using Greyhound Express shipping (www.shipgreyhound.com) unless the item is too big.   Greyhound Express shipping uses underutilized space in outgoing buses and is the most reasonable option available.  It requires drop-off (for me) at the Norcross, Georgia station and pickup by the buyer at the station closest to their home.  It is a quick service - generally items are delivered within 3-6 days from drop-off - sometimes sooner.  The shipment is insured but any shipping damage must be identified upon point of pickup.  Neither Greyhound nor I can assume responsibility for shipping damage not identified at the point of pickup.
• Door-to-door freight shipment can be arranged throughout the United States using PakMail services or any other shipper you would prefer.  Prices are based on destination, number, and weight of products shipped.  
• NEW EXCITING OPTION - I have found a shipper (TSC Shipping) that delivers to MOST of the continental USA for VERY easonable prices - for multiple options, it can be more reasonable than Greyhound.  LET ME GET YOU A QUOTE!
• The options will be discussed with you for your decision.

RETURN POLICY:

• Items may not be returned after being picked up locally.
• If items are delivered (throughout the greater Atlanta area) or long-distance freight,  they may only be rejected upon delivery and immediately returned. Purchaser is liable for all delivery and return expenses, which will be deducted before refund or credit is issued.
