Item Name: Southwood Hepplewhite Settee

This exceptional settee is manufactured by Southwood - one of the very finest North Carolina furniture makers.  It has the standard high quality features associated with this brand - hand-tied 8-way coil springs in foundation and down composition seat cushion with side attachments.  The woodwork is an intricate mahogany with inlaid woods.  The legs and arms are graceful.  It is also surprisingly versatile in size and shape and would work in MANY, many settings - I would even place in in a non-traditional home - it would POP!!  (I have photographed in my own living room - doesn't it look great!)  This piece would retail in the $2000 plus range!

Dimensions: 39H, 49L, 27D, 20" to top of cushion!

This settee is custom upholstered and carefully matched in a buttercup yellow damask (cotton blend with small percentage of silk).  The fabric has a slight sheen and is a good (medium) upholstery weight!
